Phones are always busy.
Phones are always busy..cannot get to a live person.
Tried chat but requires a credit card and $5.00 fee. Horrible service when you pay almost $3 000 and cannot get problem resolved !

Zero Customer Service
I purchased a mattress that included a remote that I'm trying to replace. There is not one single phone number I've located that actually works.
There is no chat to speak with someone. I cant even find a way to send an email about what I need. This is the worst experience. Terrible service, simply for the lack of.
I just want to buy a new remote. That's it!

Adjustable Bed not working
Still not able to get my adjustable bed to work. I tried to send an email me it would not go through either.
I am not sure what else I can do. I got this bed because I have issues with swelling in my legs and need a bed that goes up at my legs.
And now I dont have that. If there is something you can help me with

I JUST WANTED A QUESTION ANSWERED ABOUT AN ADJUSTABLE BED BY ENSO AND WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY A ONE TIME FEE OF $1.00, THEN A $55.00 MONTHLY RATE UNTIL CANCELLED.SEEMS LIKE A FRAUD SITE. STAY CLEAR!
